The new LearyVIEW Print-II hardware design features individual vacuum belts that can be adjusted to suit various carton sizes and shapes, enabling the widest range of carton styles. This feature offers maximum control even for complex carton structures with multiple cutouts and dividers. These individual carrier belts are easy to maintain, with quick replacement of belts when necessary and built-in redundancy ensuring high reliability and reduced downtime.
In addition to their leading print inspection solutions, Leary offers the best solution to replacing a glue wheel with extrusion available in the market. The Sempre-i glue valve, with CleanStart, revolutionizes the glue application process. Traditional glue wheels require frequent cleaning and maintenance, leading to costly downtime and adhesive waste.
