Available in three basic formats, Array systems can be specified as either a gluing or quality assurance system or as a fully-integrated gluing and quality assurance controller. Array systems can be upgraded at any time in the future, enabling additional functions as your requirements change. The remote 38 cm (15 in) touchscreen can be mounted in multiple locations to provide a centralized hub for controlling all software integrations. Array controllers can be used with our full line of glue feed, glue valve and quality assurance solutions.

The Array controller’s robust design and attention to technological innovation, separates itself from other solutions. The seamless integration of equipment such as glue pumps, glue application valves and over 70+ quality assurance options deliver a quality product every time at machine speeds of 200,000 pieces/hr and 910 m/min (3,000 ft/min).

The Array controller line is powered by Monet Operating Software, the most user-friendly and technologically advanced software in the packaging market. Key software technologies minimize operator maintenance and eliminate quality errors. These technologies include patented On-Target, SeQure ID, SureScan and patented RejectTrak.

Array controllers also offer iQ Smart Services, a cloud-based data collection software to allow you to analyze production data such as job tracking, production totals, total waste, down codes, defects and more.

SeQure ID Fingerprint

Provide access to controller settings, which were previously only numerically password protected. Only those with an approved security level can access particular settings and the inevitability of passwords becoming general knowledge is eliminated.

SureScan

Ensure that each quality control station is functioning as intended. If any product is flagged for not completing a quality check, the product is automatically rejected.
