iQ Status
Monitor production output at all times to improve productivity with Leary’s new visual management tool. iQ Status notifies personnel of production counts, time-to-run, downtime and other pertinent information vital to production – displayed on a large screen.
Data displayed can be customized to include a complete range of information points. This solution is suitable as a management tool on production floors or in management office locations for real-time, on-the-spot production details.
iQ Status can be used independent of Leary’s other iQ modules, or with additional modules to maximize controller data and production knowledge. Leary recommends pairing this solution with iQ Dashboard, iQ Alerts and LearyNET.
