Glue Application and Quality Assurance

W. H. Leary offers Gluing and Quality Assurance solutions for both horizontal and vertical type multilane tray forming machines manufacturing clam shell, fry/chip scoops or other nested cartons. Cartons can be glued from the top or bottom based on particular machine
and carton style.

Tray machine lines with Leary equipment offer less down time, lower waste and more consistent glue application with fewer operator adjustments. With combined gluing and detection on horizontal type forming machines, any carton that does not meet the desired specifications can be automatically rejected or marked for manual removal.
