Leary’s Machine Rejection Interface connects to the host machine to utilize the machine’s built-in rejection device, accurately identifying and removing non-conforming products from your production line.
After identifying the defect, Leary’s patented reject tracking software will track the product from the quality assurance station to where the defective carton will be ejected. The reject fail sensor confirms that the ejection was successful. Specific installation kit for the following gluers are available: Bobst, Brausse, Duran (Omega), Heidelberg and Signature.
