W. H. Leary Company continues to supply market-leading solutions as they launch the new Sempre-i cold glue application valve with increased precision, safety and all new Predictive Maintenance Intelligence.
The market leading Sempre-i, is developed with a slim 19.8 mm wide profile, a wide glue viscosity range and optimized glue flow, yielding even cleaner starts/stops and higher precision. Continuing with the previous valve’s +/-1 mm accuracy standards, this valve boasts a 1 billion-cycle durability rating for unparalleled longevity. Operator safety has been considered with a new, easily accessible, in-line purge button located on the cable away from moving machinery.
In addition to increasing the overall function and effectiveness of the valve’s performance, Leary revolutionizes the glue application market by offering the first valve with an Integrated Valve ID chip utilizing Monet Predictive Maintenance Intelligence. Valve cycle information, allows operators to determine customizable set points that appear as pop-up windows. These notifications offer accurate and timely warnings on when to perform routine maintenance, ensuring the highest levels of usability. Predictive Maintenance Intelligence is also available in conjunction with the CXU 110 Pump and GRU to maximize the effectiveness of all glue application components.
“Continuing to develop products for the future is at the core of Leary. Giving operators the ability to have a more self-sufficient glue application solution based on performance, application precision and measured maintenance data removes inefficiencies,” Andrew Sims, Director of Product and Market Development, W. H. Leary.
