The ideal candidate should have sound electrical and mechanical skills, along with an understanding of computer hardware and software. They must possess the ability to troubleshoot technical problems and be competent with basic computer software. They must be a customer-oriented person who enjoys building customer relationships within a team environment. The position requires 75%+ travel.
