The AK2 air kicker is used in conjunction with all Leary controllers for batch separation, reject kicking and to assist rejection while using a Leary ejector on narrow body cartons.

The durable and compact design ensures high speed performance. This device can kick cartons as small as 3” (75mm) at speeds in excess of 150,000/hr.  The 1” (25mm) stroke may be softened with an optional air flow restriction valve. The air kicker comes with a LED indicator which indicates operation and electrical connections between the controller and kicking device.

AK2 kicker is a direct replacement for existing Leary kickers.
