Corrugated LSI Screen Video | LS-4 Application Controller
This controller includes the same glue extrusion technology as the flagship LS-9.16. It is also compatible with our “simple-to-use” Corrugated software which minimizes your make-ready time. - 4 channel / 4 valve version

The LS-4 has all the same features as the LS-9.16, including easy-to-use software and our unique pressure control system. Additionally, our Precision Gluing system allows you to glue from both top-down and bottom-up positions.

Leary has responded to the requests of our customers to create a software interface that is extremely easy to use. Virtually anyone can learn how to use this program to set up boxes in a very short period of time. In fact, this program can be used by simply following the prompts. Our unique pressure control system automatically varies the glue pressure in relation to the speed of the flexo-folder gluer. This speed / pressure compensation curve is displayed on the screen. Depending upon your gluing needs, the LS-9.16 can operate either the Leary Precision Gluing system (for top or bottom gluing) or the Jet Non-Contact valve assembly.

Maneuvering through the program is easily accomplished using our LSI touch screen. The LSI touch screen operates all of the controller’s functions and settings making it easy to set-up the system and any new jobs.
Setting up a new job is simple. Enter box dimensions from the operator’s production sheets and the system does the rest! All job set-ups are automatically stored according to job or item number. The main screen displays carton dimensions, gluing parameters, production data and real-time glue patterns. Leary Corrugated software is the simplest-to-use on the market.
