Controllers The Leary Controllers listed below differ in their expansion capabilities. Both the LS-4 and LS-9.16 models come with the same options and both use our “simple-to-use” operator interface. | Navigating the Program
Maneuvering through the program is easily accomplished using the LSI touch screen. The LSI touch screen operates all of the controller’s functions and settings making it easy to set-up the system and any new jobs.
Setting up a new job is simplified by using the MasterLearn™ feature. All detection stations are automatically “learned” and displayed on the screen. Glue patterns may also be manually programmed by entering the carton dimensions from your set-up sheet. Any carton failures are displayed on the screen allowing the operator to see the quality defects and make machine adjustments when needed. All job set-ups are automatically stored according to job or item number. Leary Corrugated software is the simplest-to-use on the market and the only system which gives you real-time Quality information.
