This controller offers the latest and most expandable glue application and inspection technology from Leary. Our On-Target™ patented technology is a closed-loop system. On- Target™ automatically adjusts glue line compensation, which guarantees accurate glue pattern placement. It is compatible with our Corrugated software which minimizes your make-ready time. Leary’s SureScan™ technology is also integrated into this system, assuring 100% inspection.

| Navigating the Program
Maneuvering through the program is easily accomplished using the LSI touch screen. The LSI touch screen operates all of the controller’s functions and settings making it easy to set-up the system and any new jobs.
On-Target™ simplifies detection scanning because the information needed is extracted from the glue pattern inputs, eliminating the need to program the system twice. The applied glue pattern automatically adjusts to maintain quality specifications.
Setting up a new job is also simplified by using the MasterLearn™ feature. All detection stations are automatically “learned” and displayed on the screen. Glue patterns may also be manually programmed by entering the carton dimensions from your set-up sheet. Any carton failures are displayed on the screen allowing the operator to see the quality defects and make machine adjustments when needed. All job set-ups are automatically stored according to job or item number. Leary Corrugated software is the simplest-to-use on the market and the only system which gives you real-time Quality information. |
