W. H. Leary Company offers several gluing solutions for your cold glue systems. We offer a variety of Extrusions Valve Options, Glue Pot Replacements, Glue Regulation Units, and Glue Pump Options. Please select from each of the glue component options for more detailed information.  | Jet 100 Valve The Jet 100 is a non-contact glue valve capable of handling a range of low viscosity adhesives. This gun is ideal for applications where low or medium pressures are required and space is limited. The Jet100 is smaller size allowing for a more tight fit. The Jet 100 can be fitted with a medium or standard pressure system. Our high manufacturing standards enable us to produce a valve capable of running at very high speeds with a high rate of repeatability. It is available with the popular ball plunger or needle plunger.

Jet 200 Video | Jet 200 Valve The Jet 200 is a precision, high-speed, glue extrusion valve. It comes with a micro-adjustable stroke for fine tuning and precision gluing. The unique glue path design allows for pattern flexibility at high speeds and maybe used with high, medium or standard pressure, making the 200 gun the fastest glue valve on the market. Low set-up and maintenance times also allow for increased efficiency. Jet205 Video | Jet 205 Valve The Jet 205 is also a highly accurate valve with a high level of consistency. The preset stroke adjustment minimizes operator tampering and damage to the ball plunger. It has a fast response time for pattern flexibility at high speeds and low set-up and maintenance time for increased efficiency. The Jet205 is a non-contact glue valve is also capable of handling a range of adhesive viscosities and ideal for applications where higher pressures are required.

 | Jet Pak Glue Pot Replacement Extrusion System The JetPak Glue Pot Replacement System provides a clean, operator friendly replacement for heavy, awkward and expensive glue pots. This system eliminates glue sling problems. The bracket configuration includes a Jet™ valve, trigger and optional glue scanner all used in conjunction to minimize installation and set-up time. A “cam-action” adjustment allows for easy cleaning and precise valve positioning. The glue pot replacement system can be mounted on either the left or the right side of the machine and fits most folder gluers.

This simple and easy to use system can flush a hose & gun in a matter of seconds. This option significantly reduces maintenance time and keeps your system clean.

| Model 21A GRU The 21A uses the premier method of delivering a steady flow of glue through all speed ranges when using high speed glue valves. Additionally, as pressure reaches a critical mass, a dump valve is activated that relieves pressure and redirects excess glue back to the glue feed plumbing. This glue system, when connected to a Leary LSI controller, has the ability to show speed and pressure variations in real time. If you need a precision high speed glue system that maximizes the productivity of your folder gluer, then the 21A is the regulation system you require. | 
21B GRU Video
| Model 21B GRU The 21B is an excellent tool to deliver a steady flow of glue through all speed ranges when using high speed glue valves. Additionally, as pressure reaches a critical mass, a dump valve is activated that relieves pressure and redirects excess glue back to the glue feed plumbing. It has all of the features of the 21A, except it does not interface with the real time software option in the LS series of controllers. If you need a reliable high speed glue system that maximizes the productivity of your folder gluer then the 21B will suit your needs. | 
21C GRU Video | Model 21C GRU The 21C is compatible with our standard APC & ELC controllers to adequately deliver glue through normal to moderate speed ranges when using standard glue valves. It can be used to support the auto spotting software of the APC & ELC controllers to reduce puddles when excess pressure is caused from speed reductions. If you need a reliable glue system for standard glue applications, then the 21C will work well for you. | | | |
| | High Pressure 9:1 Specify our 9:1 high pressure pump if you are using glue in excess of 1,000 centipoise or if you need several valves with extended hoses. This extremely powerful pump will allow you to run pressures up to 400 PSI. We recommend either a Model 51A or Model 51B GRU for use with this pump. |

| High Pressure 4:1 Specify our 4:1 high pressure pump if you are using glue with a centipoise range of 300 to 900 points or if you need valves with extended hoses. This pump will allow you to run pressures up to 200 PSI. We recommend either a Model 21A or Model 21B GRU for use with this pump. |
