SureScan™ Technology

SureScan™ technology guarantees 100% inspection of all bags at every inspection station. It monitors all triggers & encoders for every carton that passes. If a trigger fails to output or encoder failure is in temporary stall; you can choose to shutdown the gluer, or eject that single bag.

Spray Rejection

Some machines may not have room for and ejection system. In this case Leary offers a spray rejection option. Our system will identify each bag reject by spraying each defective bag so it can be manually removed at the end of the machine. Our atomizing spray head will spray only the rejected bag and not add effluent into the air. You may use a colored spray or a ultra-violet spray that can be seen only with a black light fixture.

Bag Ejector

An in-line ejector is available to remove a reject directly from the line. This ejector has an aluminum flipper plate that rises up in front of a bad bag and allows the bag to drop to a tray. When the ejector is not engaged, bags pass over the top of the plate to the stacker. Monet Video
