Array™ LS-4 Application & Detection

This controller has the latest in application and detection technology from Leary. It has a simple to use software that allows you to produce quick and efficient make readies.

The LS-4 is available with 4 valve outputs and 4 detection inputs. Also included is scanning for barcode / pharmacode and a large 15" remote color screen for easy viewing.

All patterns have a separate trigger assignment ensuring that each failure or defect is properly identified. 

The LS-4 controller comes with our patented On-Target™, GapPro™, SureScan™ and RejectTrak™ Technologies. These features, along with other hardware and software functions, allow you to streamline your carton making parameters so you can make high quality cartons while minimizing downtime and waste.

Array™ LS-916 Application & Detection

Much like the LS-4's technology advancements, the LS-916 is a powerhouse for gluing and detection with high speed accuracy at 200,000 CPH and 650 m/min.

Select the LS-916 if your inspection requirements are between 9-16 patterns with up to 8 valve outputs. This controller also has a large 15” remote color touch screen for easy viewing of carton production, failures and graphs.  Each pattern has a separate trigger assignment to ensure that each failure or defect is properly identified. In addition to the 16 pattern input to the controller, there is a separate input for barcode detection.

Array™ LS-9.24 Application & Detection

The LS-924 controller is designed specifically for beverage carriers such as a six-pack carrier.  With its expandability of up to 24 patterns and 24 valve outputs, one controller is all you need for complete gluing and detection needs.  On-Target™, GapPro™, SureScan™ and RejectTrak™ technologies are all included in this controller.

 LS-4 Glue Application Array™ Controller

The LS-4 Application controller offers the latest in glue extrusion technology. It is compatible with our new Monet glue application software and allows you to have the easiest job set-up experience ever.

The LS-4 controller is available in a 4 or 8 channel version with a large 15” remote color touch screen for easy viewing.  Each channel has one valve assigned to it and one trigger input with each valve for gluing versatility.

Our unique eight-point pressure control system gives you a visible real time display of the speed of your gluer and related pressure changes. A “Batch Kicking” option is also available with the LS-4.

LS-1 Glue Application Controller

The new Leary LS-1™ is a cost effective 4-channel extrusion controller that has versatile glue pattern options and many advanced features previously only available in Leary’s larger LS-4™ and LS-9™ series controllers.

The multi-language LS-1™ controller delivers pattern accuracy at + / - 1mm up to 600MPM and is suitable for a wide range of gluing applications including Folding Carton, Print Finishing, Corrugated Box and Web Offset.

The simple button layout and easy to read backlit display of the LS-1™ allows the user to quickly and easily set new jobs, adjust parameters and view production information.

 ELC Single Channel Glue Application Controller

The ELC is a compact, single channel unit which provides highly accurate control of up to 4 glue guns. Available with multi-point pressure control for precise of adhesive positioning and volume across the full machine speed range. It is suitable for use with our Jet Valves and hot melt guns.

• Single Channel with up to 4 glue gun capacity
• Ability to inhibit outputs below a selected machine speed
• Internal timer function for fixed speed machines
• Connections to allow linking to another controller/output multiplier
• Programmable with 1 or 2 glue lines/rows of spots
• Simple conversion from line gluing to a row of spots
