WH Leary offers glue testing to verify that an adhesive is formulated to perform optimally with your Leary Glue System. Leary also works closely with most glue suppliers to ensure that the process will work well on your production line. Click to see a video of our glue testing procedure .

Glue Testing Includes: 

Flow Testing

Tests the adhesive's flow rate through the glue valve and nozzle.

From this test, Leary can determine the minimum nozzle size and pressure range.

Machine Testing

Tests the adhesive's rhealogy (glue flow) and consistancy in flow.

From this test, Leary can determine if the adhesive is acceptable to use in the Jet Series valve and make sure it will perform for practical applications.

UV Rating

Tests the amount of UV that is in the glue for glue detection.

This test determines how your glue will work for your glue detection application.

After testing is complete, glue samples receive a documented evalutation based on the glue testing performed.  For more information on getting your glue tested, contact us.
